Audio Fx not working

Hello, I have been having trouble with my audio fx when I add a effect such as amplitude modulation, etc when i preview and render it the audio fx are not there

Are you stating the effect is not working in preview as well as in rendering?

Confirm that the global 'audio Fx bypass' is disabled in the "Options" menu: 'Bypass All audio Fx'. There is also (usually) an audio Fx bypass shortcut icon in the bottom toolbar. There are audio Fx bypass switches on the tracks, master, sub-master buses as well as in the Fx chainer window.
