Audio getting off-sync when SFX is used Vegas 14

I am currently using Sony Vegas Pro 14 and I've encountered a problem when adding a Vibrato SFX to a video's audio. The audio will get completely synced off, it even doesn't sync with the audio image on the audio layer. I tried rendering only the audio to see if it went back to normal but it doesn't, Vegas itself renders the audio completely wrong so when I try to put it back on the video it's still off-sync. If I remove the SFX then it goes back to normal. Is there a way to fix this?

I assume "Vibrato" is a VST or DX (Direct X) plug-in. Is that a third-party effect? Does sync return when it is bypassed. is it on an event, track, master or assignable (send/return). Can you capture a screenshot of the plug-in's settings.

I recently found out that it doesn't happen to every audio track when I use the effect, just in some audio tracks. And no, the sync doesn't return.

this is the SFX's settings on default, once I tamper with it the audio track gets desync sometimes. I tested it (with the exact same modifications) with some other audio files and it works perfectly, but in some it gets off sync.

If there are no envelope points or modulation in the vibroto parameters, it will change the pitch/speed of the entire track up or down, This is typically an effect for guitars. it is 'similar' to tremolo, chorus and flange without the early reflection type (echos).. but not the same.
