Audio Issues with Movie Studio Platinum 17

I have a new Dell Inspiron no audio issues. I installed Movie Studio Platinum 17 and when tried to play a project I get a loud hissing noise. Sounds like a audio driver problem. Even after I close the program and try to play other audio files in other applications I still get this hissing sound. Same for audio notifications you get the hissing sound. I need a solution to this problem ASAP please.

There is recent post in the Magix Sound Forge forum with the same issue and a Dell PC.

Apparently Windows 10 update v21H1 is the culprit. A fix had been issued.

After much trial and error with Movie Studio 17.0 Premium I have finally discovered that the culprit behind the white noise issue was the Music Maker program. I used revo-uninstall to completely delete the program and all registry entries. Vegas support was less than helpful with this problem. Since this is not an isolated issue you'd think they would be familiar with it and have a fix available. I am just glad I finally figured it out...
