Hmmm... here's an interesting one.

I'm capturing via firewire (still using Vegas 2 & Video Capture), however, the files appear to Vegas & VidCap as if there is no audio. It doesn't even create an audio track whatsoever if it's dragged into the Vegas timeline...

However, if the captured clip is run in another program (Media Player, for example), the audio is there. This problem is intermittent (it happens roughly every other capture), and occurs with Sound Forge (version 5) as well-- it doesn't detect an audio track, only a video track.

Any thoughts?
