I hope you can help. When I load .MOV files from a Panasonic GH4 output to a Ninja Flame as Pro Res 4:2:2 into VP14, the audio doesn't load:
However, when I load the same file into VP13, it shows and plays with no problem:
Is there a setting in VP14 I need to adjust or something else?

Same problem for me except pro res recorded by a Blackmagic Hyperdeck. No audio VP14. Audio OK VP13. I have a support ticket into Magix but have not heard back from them.

It's kind of a pain, but I've found another workaround is to use ffmpeg to extract the audio to a separate file (e.g. .wav), and dropping that on the timeline under the video. Seems, to me, to mostly happen on formats that include LPCM 24bit audio.
