audio playback half speed

I record a track in Vegas and it plays at half speed or
something, But if I drag'n'drop a wave recorded in
Samplitude it plays just fine, What gives ? I'm using a
Creamware Pulsar card and I find that switching apps while
playing more than one track I get glitching and loose sync
between tracks....Other than those issues it's a great
program.

How are you setting up the busses? Do you have multiple
busses? What are the hardware routings for the busses?

What is your sample rate and bit depth?

Thanks
Peter

I have this problem when recording a 24-bit mono soundfile with either a dsp factory or Gina
card.24 bit stereo 16 bit stereo and 16 bit mono are fine though.
Also when i look at the properties for a 24 bit file it says 32 bit. Why?
