Audio problem

I have Studio Platinum 10 and 12. I am having trouble going from Studio to DVD Architect with several clips. Mediainfo has the clips as MPEG-4 (Base Media/ Version 2) The audio is AAC 192 Kbps, 44.1 KHz, 2 Channels AAC.
The problem is when I try to render from Platinum 12, it will do the video fine, after it does the audio instead of going to the page to send to Architect it will shut the program off. I can open Architect, load my clip and I will have video but no audio. I can run the same clip through Studio10 and I will have both video and audio. Should I reinstall 12 or am I missing something? Thanks.

Which method are you using to get the video from Movie Studio to DVD Architect? Are you using the Send To wizard or are you outputting the audio and video manually?

Are you trying to create a DVD or BluRay?

What operating system are you using, and do you have the latest version of Quicktime?

Are you able to output a video from your project using Render As/Sony AVC/AVCHD 1920x1080 60i?

I select Make Movie and Burn to DVD.

Trying to create a DVD.

Running Windows 10.

It will render the video. When it starts the Audio rendering the process will complete, the program shuts down, a warning appears saying Disinfection in progress. Detected threats being disinfected. This is from BitDefender. I can open the folder that contains the video and audio and I will only have 15 or 20 minutes of audio. This is using version 12. The process will complete using version 10. Just wondering why version 12 is giving me trouble. Thanks.
