Audio problem!!!!

I am recording H.264 from a Black Magic ATEM TV Studio onto their media express software. The files play with no problems in VGA and Windows media player, however when I bring them into Vegas Movie Studio 11.0 there is a Big problem. About 2/3 of the way in the audio will start from the beginning. It does not matter where I click passed the 2/3 mark, the audio starts at the same point, from the beginning.

It does not happen all the time but seems to occur more on long videos. The real kicker is that I have Vegas Movie Studio 11.0 installed on 2 computers and tried them both with the same file and it had the same outcome.

Has anyone run into this problem before?

I'm thinking VMS 11 reached its end of life before that camera was introduced.
Have you tried it in MS 13 trial version?

Which camera are you referring to?

I expect musicvid is referring to Black Magic cameras, a powerful camcorder that a lot of pros are using.

But the original poster seems to be referring rather to the Black Magic ATEM TV Studio, which is a production video switcher, not a camcorder. And it's going to have some unique issues and challenges.

We'll need the original poster to give us more details on on his/her setup. Is he recording live video from this unit? What video and audio format is this unit outputting?

The OP should ask support at Black Magic rather than here.
