I downloaded and installed a major update to Vegas Movie Studio 17.0. I can still download video via my DVD driver, but the audio is missing. My device manager says the drive is working properly. I am able to download files from Google Drive and other sources without any problems. Needless to say, since my original source material is on DVD, I need to get this problem resolved ASAP. My drive is an HL-DT-ST BD-RE WH14NS40. My operating system is Windows 10.something.
