Please help me, I'm on a deadline!

I just rendered my first video, recorded it to my digital camera and I have audio skips or blips in the soundtrack.

They didn't show up before the rendering, where did they come from and how can I get rid of them?

Other than that my project looks pretty good for a beginner.

Any help would be appreciated!
