Is it an external microphone with an external preamp or mixer? If so, most of those outputs are professional line level (+4dB), which will overload a mic level input stage, regardless of a soundcard or interface record volume setting.
By comparison, mic level is typically -50dB (nominal).

It's the internal micrhophone. I even bought an external mic and the sound is horrible. Not sure what else to do.

With the external mic, can you show your settings in VEGAS and what the resulting waveform looks like? Even better if you can share a sample file.

@MARTIN-RIVERA, I'd suggest not using Vegas Capture for now. There are many much better options out there. I'm using NewBlue Captivate but other options include OBS. Your video card may also include a screen capture application. Hopefully Magix will have a better capture app in the future but, for now, I'd use something else.
