AUDIO STATIC IN MP4 file ERROR

emily-a wrote on 5/4/2020, 1:13 PM

Hello!

im using the Vegas pro 15 and I never had any issues before with the audio of my mp4 files. However this time when I uploaded the mp4 file into my timeline, the audio was broken. It sounded like loud static and you could barely understand what was going on. I tried to do the whole “PREFERENCE-INTERNAL-SO4-TRUE-FALSE” just as suggested in the websites and forums but when I did that, I can no longer drag my mp4 files into the timeline.
please help!
