Hello again, my friends. I’ve been having some really tough days with VEGAS PRO. Recently, I reported that VEGAS couldn’t handle rendering a 4-hour podcast—the estimated time was 8 hours to finish the render using the multi-camera system (Atem Mini Pro ISO). After two days of struggling, I was forced to move all the files to DaVinci Resolve, which ended up rendering the entire 4-hour podcast in just 18 minutes. Crazy, right?
Now I’m reaching out for help again because I honestly don’t know what else to do. VEGAS clearly isn’t working properly on my system—there must be some kind of conflict with something unknown.
At the moment, I’m facing an issue with audio: it stops working after just a few adjustments, only coming back after restarting VEGAS, and then it fails again. I’ve already updated everything—drivers, VEGAS, etc.—but it’s still not performing as expected.
Here are my system specs:
- Ryzen 9 7950X
- RTX 4090
- 128 GB RAM
- 2TB NVMe SSD (7000 MB/s read/write)
