Audio Trouble

I rendered a video as .avi and rendered an .ac3 format. When I play the audio within the timeline it sounds great. When I print to tape or play rendered copy there are little clicks within the audio. The windows media player plays the clicks as does the DVD A1.0 software. Any hints?

Think this was just in another thread, and if I remember correctly it should be cool on DVD playback. SOFO I think is working on it for the next DVDA update.
