Hi everyone
I am using both Vegas Pro and Platinium to edit mxf files downloaded directly from XDCAM discs (recorded in IMX 50 format).
There's no problem with footage up to 9 minutes long. However, when the video is longer than that, I only have the first 9 minutes of sound, and the video occasionaly flickeres after that magic point in time.
I've installed Sony's PDW 10 mxf viewer to see if the original files are ok - they are. They have both audio and video throughout the whole material.
My filesystem is NTFS so handling large files shouldn't be any problem. Have any of you experienced such strange behavior in Vegas? Please share any ideas.
Radek
