What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what format and resolution is it?

What project properties is your Vegas project set to?

It's possible the mismatch between your video specs and project settings is causing the problem. Or, if this is AVCHD footage, it's possible your computer, for some reason, isn't able to process and play the video at the same speed as it can the audio. (Say, if you're computer is running less than an i7 processor.)

But setting project properties to match your video specs will always get you the most efficient performance.

"Hi, I've uploaded this clip"
What clip? We can't see your link?

I downloaded clips from YouTube in .mp4 with Free Studios. As you can see, my past videos have no problems (http://www.youtube.com/user/andrew991116/videos?flow=grid&view=0). And I didn't set any specific settings.

Sorry, I know nothing about Free Studio or what your precise workflow was to get it from youtube to vegas and back to youtube. vfr video and vbr audio are known to cause sync problems on youtube, so maybe that's a place to start looking.

Are you sure you have license to redistribute the movie studio's content? May cause some questions for you down the road . . .

What's vfr video and vbr audio? I just download clips from YouTube, edit them, then upload the finished product. I'm not getting profit for my videos, I guess that will be alright.

vfr = variable frame rate
vbr = variable bit rate

If you copy, distribute, publicly display, or make derivative works (edit) other people's content, you should get permission (called a "license").
Profit has absolutely nothing to do with it. You've done all four. Best of luck.
;?)

I'm guessing OP will be 13 on November 16th. Not sure the words or concepts copyright and intellectual property signify much to a 13 year old.

But, my guess could be wrong. It happened once before

A lot of people does that kind of edit on YouTube. And um... how do you know my age?
