Audio/Video out of sync

When I captur audio and video from the same source simultaneously I notice that on playback they are out of sync. Any ideas as to why and what the fix is?

I'm having the same problem although I have sync problems when printing to tape as well. This only happens with the new version of capture, 2.5. 2.0 works fine for me.

I'm having the same problem when I try to Print to Tape using the latest version of Video Factory. I'm wondering if this sync problem has something to do with VF's new ability to string multiple avi's together during playback... even though it hasn't reached the 3.99GB parse, I think it might be a bug!

This sucks since there's no way to output movies larger than 4.5 minutes. I'm stuck until Sonic Foundry figures this out.

Supposedly they're working on it, and they've recommended using the old video capture (2.0e) until they fix it. There's an older topic with about 15 messages on this very subject if you want to read what others have said...
