We have it in FXs. Just did a project using RADIAL Blur. Having the video play, and moving the position of the FX, the VORTEX of the radial blur was being memorised by zillions of k/fs being splattered on the timelines - in both the FX Track Timeline AND the FX Menu.

This would be a real big release of my creativity.

Just a thought . .

Now, I bet, somebody is gonna tell me it's already available!
