Don't mind crashing.... it happens with any of these NLE's. It's having to redo the work after a crash that irritates the HELL out of me!!!!
Sometimes auto save works, and sometimes it doesn't depending on the severity of the crash. Vegas is a great program but Avid Liquid sure has it beat with the auto save protection! In liquid an INSTANT save is done EVERY time the tiniest little thing has changed on the time line... It'll save upwards of 30 times a second, and it does it without noticing at all.
It's time that Vegas followed suit!!!

Now if you'll excuse me... I have to go REDO the last 20 minutes of my work. $%#^&%$^!!!
