Auto Select Media range from trimmer to T/L Space?

Sorry guys . . I did know this one .. but what is the way to Auto grab/copy stuff from the Trimmer to a highlighted section/space on the timeline?

Highlight region in Timeline, then either:

- find start point of material in trimmer and hit A or

- find end point in Trimmer and hit Shift A

A truly valuable workflow tip - I got lodsa of interrupts against music, to make something truly BORING, interesting. This Auto Select approach is the Canine's Spherical Appendages - and no mistake.
