Regarding the lack of automation Tools in movie studio, I've developed autoit scripts to:
- randomize events order on a track
- add transitions at the beginning of each event of a track
- add media effects to each event of a track with actions in the effect parameter (very specific to my needs: stabilisation and 3D autofix)
