I have a client who would like to automatically transcode a batch of videos that arrive each night. Ideally, we would have these land in a "watched" folder and transcode them as they arrive. Anyone have any suggestions for best way to do this? The incoming files are DivX. My client currently transcodes them using manually using VirtualDub.
