Autotune 4 version 4.39

Autotune 4.39 crashes Vegas 7.0c. If I try to insert Autotune plugin, Vegas just completely crashes. No warning, no message... just shuts down.

I recently updated from Autotune 4.05. Can't go back because of the stupid iLok authorization. Once you authorize using an iLok, you can't go back. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

hey tim can you tell me how did you instal auto tune pluge in in to the vegas , i download the demo , because i didn't have any vsy folder in my program file i made folder for vst plug in under program file too but i can't get it to work asid can't see the auto tune, i also look for it in option > perference> but i don't see vst plug in here , this auto tune drive me crazy , any help will be awesome ,
