When capturing DV i get an avarge frame rate displayed in the end whic say things like 24.6? this is very strange because 1) there are no droped frame.. and 2) the final video is 25 fps.. am I missing something here? Does this effect the video in anyway? or is it just a number?

PS. The capture software seems to be working in bursts.. no drop frames.. though. Is this normal?
