avi video to flash convertion

I need to convert an avi video that the background was keyed out so the video can be added to a website with a transparent background. So I need to find a flash encoder to convert the avi file to flv while enabling the alpha channel. Any recommendations? Thanks

Thanks RRA, this looks like it might be the right product. Amazingly it does not come up in the search engines where it should be. That's why these forums are so valuable.
