That shouldn't happen -- assuming the background image isn't on an external drive or on a device that was disconnected in between the time you added the image and you burned your BluRay.

One other suggestion: Sometimes oversized images cause problems. Try sizing your images to 1920x1080 (give or take) at 72 ppi before you use them as BluRay menu backgrounds. If nothing else, it will make your disc processing go a lot faster!

Both of your remarks I need to change. External drive, and a large background image. Thanks for the help!
