BackPak license problem for VP Production Ass 2.0

I have Vegas Pro 10.0 plus Production Assistant 2.0. After a month of use, when I open Vegas Pro now, an error message window erupts saying that my license has expired for BackPak-1 and it asks me for a serial number for BackPak-1. I thought that problem was fixed with the update for Production Assistant 1.0. What am I to do about this?

We have fixed the problem in an update that we will be releasing. Send an email to ultimatesupport at the vasst dot com domain and I'll send you a link to the build to test for us.

OK. I just got a file from John Rofrano at VASST that contains the new update. It works. The error message goes away.

Thanks.

I am having the same issue but with GrafPak-1 and GrafPak-2, and then the lower thirds complains that there are no GrafPaks installed. Will the update fix this as well? Also when do you expect to release the fix?

Yes it will fix this too. We should be releasing it to Sony for testing soon. In the mean time, just send me an email and I'll give you a link for testing.
