I have some 60p and 24p footage on my Vegas Pro 15 timeline. Very typical with wedding projects I produce. I use two to three cameras with one (on gimbal) set to 60p I have the option of slowing down 40% for beautiful slow-motion. I am getting terrible motion blur when the subject or camera moves on this footage that I'm leaving at 100%. It looks like I shot it at 1/30 sec shutter speed or something but of course it was 1/125 (180 degree setting of my GH5s). This only happens after rendering. It looks great in the timeline. If I look at the footage frame-by-frame, again the footage looks fine. Maybe a tiny bit of blur if I was swinging the camera around. I don't think I want to change the project settings to 60p because much of the wedding footage is shot at 24p.
I'm rendering to 24p as usual. Here are the exact render settings:
Here is some raw footage that shows the blur:

Any ideas what is going on? Thanks!
