I am having a difficult time with figuring out what I want to do. Perhaps one of you can help me. It's probably pretty simple, but I haven't used Movie Studio enough to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'm using Movie Studio 17 Platinum. I have a video, and what I want to do, is at certain points in the video, I want a blue banner to animate from the bottom of the screen so I can place text on it. I know how to place text, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to place that animated banner.
