Basic DVD Project - How to?

Can someone give me the 123's on building a basic
Menu for a DVD Project on DVD ARch 2?

I mean, I opend the software, and immediately closed
it when nothing seemed to ergonomically work as
the user would seek to have it.

I usually use DVD Workshop, there you load a file,
you see your screen that is shaped like the final
menu renders, etc.

In DVDA2 things just look clunky.

Give me a quick 123 so I can try it and move to the 456's..
Thanks

Check out Vol 1 #7 of my newsletter. It was written for DVDA1 but the basic principles are the same.

1. Use the Explorer tab to find your videos and drag them onto the menu window.
2. Double-click on any of the themes in the Themes tab to change the look of your menu.
3. Put a blank DVDR in your DVD burner, click the Make DVD button and follow the prompts to produce your DVD.
3a. If your disc won't play, open Nero or some other DVD burning app, create a DVD project, and drag in the files that DVDA prepared, and burn that to a new disc.

As for 456, take a peek at the manual -- it's quite helpful.
