Batch capture big problem

Hi!
I have a very big problem with the batch capture from DVcam tape.
I use a Sony Dsr-11P as a deck remoted by the vidcapture utility of Vegas (ver 3.0c) and a standard OHCI IEEE card. When i try to make a long batch (more then 5 clips) the program crash with this error " An error occurred while capturing from device error 0x800705aa "

The card and the device work well with the normal capture, but i have this problem only with the batch that after about 5 clips, randomnly, crash.

The computer it's a normal asus a7v266, 1/2 gig of ram, 2100XP, Sblive, G550, 2 IBM 120GB Hdisk, SO: Windows XP pro with service pack1 (and the last version of Via4in1 drivers).

Can anyone help me, or any suggestion?? (i'm very sad:-(()

Do you have a DV camera? If so, can you batch capture with that? Either way, please let us know.
