I need a way to batch convert some HD file to SD resolution for my poor slow system to edit. Those are the infamous TOD files using MPEG2 compression that everyone out side the Vegas realm seems to have trouble with.

Short of dropping individual clips (300 of them) into Vegas and rendering out separately, does anyone have ideas of how to convert these things?
