Batch converter 5 MP3 problem

Has anyone else had a problem with opening MP3 files in the batch converter?? I just tried it twice, and as soon as I select MP3 as the output format (before adding any files), it gives me an error, and shuts down. Is this a known bug, or a problem on my end??

BTW - I also tried it with adding the files to the list first, and it does the same thing. As soon as MP3 is selected as the output format, "POOF!" error, and shutdown!

I'm just a little confused here ... are you trying to convert MP3 files to MP3 files? That's what it sounds like. Or are you trying to convert something else to MP3 or MP3 to something else?

wav to mp3. As soon as I choose mp3 as the file format in the dropdown box, it shuts down!
