Batch rendering different regions with Vegasaur

I have been looking into this over a month now but I seem to be missing something.

I need to render different projects with regions in a row.
I used to do this with the aid of veggie toolkit but I upgraded to sony vegas 13 and veggie toolkit and Sony Vegas 13 are not compatible.
I get the impression that Vegasaur is my best bet now and I do seem to be able to set up different jobs but the video that is produced is the whole video and I need the different regions.
I created the regions in sony vegas btw which might be note worthy since regions can also be set through vegasaur I get the impression.

Any help here would be appreciated!

Vegasaur does render regions regardless which app sets them up. I am not sure if Vegasaur can only read the regions from an open project but it might well be so. When you add a new job you will see a green plus sign right bottom and there you can select the regions.

I do this in Vegasaur all the time. Use Transcoder and, as OldSmoke noted, select regions from a current project. Then open other projects, and add those regions to the Transcoder render queue, and when you're done you can batch render them all with one click.

Thanks guys.
I am happy to hear that it is possible.
I am just not sure how to get there where it renders the regions instead of the whole movie.
Do I have to add the regions all manually? Cause I often have about 100 regions in say 50 movies in one project.
I am still a bit confused.

When I click regions a screen opens up asking me to select regions.
There are no regions though and the only thing I can do on that page is cancel...

When you select regions you should something like this

If not then there is something wrong with your regions or your installation. Make sure you have regions (green) and not markers (orange) in your project.

Thanks for the feedback.
Its really appreciated and I have the thing running now.
I found out that I have to have the project open in Vegas in order to be able to edit it. Before that I just loaded the veg file I had created into vegasaur.

Solved!
