If that won't do what you specifically need, it may need to be modified, you may need to search for a different solution, or you may need a script written specifically for your needs.

I’m working on a script that should help you to accomplish this task (for Vegas 8 only).
Initially, this script is to convert the media files of a directory (and can still be used for this task). Then, I improved it to work with proxy files in a HD/SD workflow.
I don’t want to give a public link until major bug are fixed.

The rest I already have
{copy script to server}<--Moved to server-->

I would like to batch these files. so I don't have to open each and everyone of them.
