I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but you could;
put them all on your time line (is that what you want to do?)
and use Track Motion to reduce them all to a certain size.
I THINK photoshop has batch processing, so maybe that's more along the lines of what your trying to do.
Also, check out PhotoPaint 9. I bet they've implimented batch processing as well, but I don't use it, so can't be sure.

Are you wanting to zoom in using Pan/Crop? If so, copy one event, then select all other events except that one and select Paste Attributes.

If you are instead wanting to reduce the resolution of all the photos, many photo editors have a batch mode that will let you apply the same effect to all photos in a folder. I do this all the time with Ulead PhotoImpact.
