BCC 7 extruded text problem

I just installed BCC 7 “Basically Completely Confused 7” when I fire up the text window on the empty event I get.
Missing shader id 341 replacing with default shader, so on, next shader so on, and then Vegas hangs in there.

Anyone got a clue what is happening and how do I solve this?

There's a BCC forum at COW, Boris guys reply to posts there. You're much more likely to get this sorted out over there than here.

I would start by updating your graphics card drivers to the latest levels. BCC7 makes intensive use of the GPU and needs the latest drivers. Hopefully you have a beefy graphics card.
