Hi, yes repeatable ever time, I wrote on the Boris forum -

So far the ones I’ve picked out are these, there’s prob more with corner pins that I haven’t tested yet -
BCC+Color gradient
BCC+colorize gradient
BCC+dual gradient
BCC+ND Gradient

It's only the ones with Corner Pins & it's only the corner pins that do this, the other controls behave as they should only creating keyframes where the keyframe cursor is.

Hi Gid, as far as I know, this will be fixed in a future version. But I don't know whether it's VP21 or VP22.

@lan-mLMC Thanks, does that mean you can recreate this problem on your PC & it's not just me?

Yes, It seems to read the playhead position in the Vegas timeline instead of the playhead position in the Event FX window, which is a wrong behavior.

Hmmm... i can grab any of the corner pins and move them except the upper left one....

@Reyfox Hi, yes I tried it earlier, there was a post a while back about not being able to move a corner pin, it might have been on the Boris forum,

Try this,

• Add some media to the timeline,
• Move the timeline cursor to the beginning,
• Add BCC+Transform
• keyframe one corner pin, the corner pin cursor is at the beginning of the keyframe timeline, cursor sync Off
• That corner pin can't be moved.
• Move the timeline cursor forward just one frame, that corner pin can now be moved 🤷‍♂️
• Do it again with both cursors at the start as before but this time turn sync cursor on when turning on the keyframe, the onscreen corner pin can't be moved as before but no matter where the timeline cursor is that onscreen corner pin can't be moved.

@Gid it's not only corner pin, but anything that you can grab in the Preview window. In VP20, it works as it should.

The bug seems to be systematically summarized as follows:

1. When the keyframe mode is off, the screen controls can work normally;
2. When the keyframe mode is on & timeline playhead and FX window playhead are in the same frame, the screen controls can't work normally;
3. When the keyframe mode is on & timeline playhead and FX window playhead are not in the same frame, the screen controls can work normally;

Which makes doing something with keyframes being on and cursors in the same position impossible while in the past, it was possible, creating a 'workaround' complicating the workflow.

I tested VP21 b208. It seems to be normal. Can you try VP21 b208 and confirm it? @Gid @Reyfox

@lan-mLMC Hi, I'm on (315) not sure if I can have (208) as well, & sort of don't want to roll back at the moment.

I did update my Boris post when BCC 2024.5 came out but still no reply from them.

Away on vacation, will test in a couple of days when I finally get back home.
