I purchased installed and activated BCC in vegas i secured the license but none of the plugins are working on the videos i restarted my computer 3x uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same problem and the installer for boris seems to freeze wont uninstall or install right away
@John-Carey Hi try going to C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\19.0 delete the two files at the bottom of the BIN section,
I personally delete everything in that folder when i add a new plugin, restart the pc, Vegas will take a bit longer to load next time but all those files will be rebuilt afresh 👍
Why the Boris installer isn't working is another matter, you should be carefull about uninstalling & reinstalling too many times, when you uninstall programs don't always remove all files & things can get messy,
Did Boris seem to load ok first time you tried.?
no it was stuck from the start of me updating from movie studio to Vegas Post
@John-Carey Ok, hard for me to say but if it did't install properly it won't work in Vegas, sorry for pointing out the obvious, was that this offer with the Continuum extras?
I think i would search the PC for keywords like Boris, Continuum etc, delete any you find, clean the PC with whatever software you have for that, go to System - Storage - Temporary files & delete all suggested superfluous files, restart PC & download the Continuum installers again, temp turn off virus protection so that isn't blocking the install
