When you click on "Make Blu-ray Disc" (if you have a DVD project it will say "Make DVD") the wizard will open a sequence of pages. On the page subtitled "Select burn parameters" you can select the burn device.

If your BD device is not listed, are you sure that it is a BD burner and not just a player? What brand and model number is it?

It's a Dell system running Windows 7 Pro. I've burned to this before from both Avid Studio and Pinnacle Studio. There the device description shows as HL-DT-STBD-RE BH20N C106. I suspect it is made by Hitachi for Dell?

The drive should automatically be installed properly.

I did a quick Google on it and it appears to be made by LG and a few years old. Maybe a firmware update would help. One post I saw talks about re-flashing to LG firmware to fix a problem.

Does the free Imgburn recognise your drive? If so, use DVDA to produce a BD ISO file and then use Imgburn to burn it to disc.

ImgBurn works. This is workable. Have to wonder why DVDA-PRO can't utilize this drive? Thanks for the help!

Glad that you have a solution. Maybe a reinstall of DVDA would fix it.
