BDMV format for media players. Supported or not?

I have experienced so much trouble burning BD-R and BD-RE discs (they often are not recognized at all by my SONY BD-350 player), so I've finally purchased a media player. The QNAP-1000 nicely plays SD and HD (full 1080p) formats.
However, playing full HD at high bit rates from a .iso-file, is something it doesn't do very well. In the documentation it says that if you experience such problems playing HD media, "consider BDMV format instead of the iso". So, I ripped my BD-R disc file by file, directory by directory, onto the QNAP disc, and voila! No problems anymore!
So the big question: How do I get the BDMV file structure out of the DVD Architect??? It only offers to create an image (.iso) file, as far as I understand, and I didn't find any way to "unpack" the .iso-file into the BDMV files structure needed by my QNAP media player.
Please help! :)
I'm pretty sure, that not only me has bought a media player that prefers BDMV... or? :)

Once you've created the *.iso image file on a hard drive from DVD Architect, use a program ImgBurn (Free) to burn the image file to a BD-R. ImgBurn will unpack and write a proper BDMV compatible Blu-Ray that nearly all players that support BDMV playback will be able to read. Most players can read this format. Your Sony BDP-S350 will as I have one at the office, and have done this many times.
