Is it normal when in Best (full) mode previewing to external monitor for there be a slight loss in frame rate sometimes? I was noticing on some footage (even without any effects), despite the fact it stays locked at 29.97 frames it looks ever so slightly jerky from time to time during footage with pans and tilts (ie camera movement) on external monitor. It's not major like frame-rate loss from applying filters/effects, just a minor twinge of jumpiness from time to time.
