Best HB config for Vegas2Handbrake script workflow

Now that the Vegas2Handbrake debacle is solved, I'm curious to know if any modifications should be made to musicvid's famous "better method" settings tutorial. In other words, we previously encoded from the timeline to DNxHD intermediate, then to HB. Now, with the ability to go directly from the timeline to HB, should any changes be made for optimum Youtube and/or local playback quality. Or do we still continue to use the configuration presented in that video? What about config changes to take advantage of the latest version of HB?

Good question. I'd like to know the answer to this as well, especially in light of now rendering most everything to 1080 rather than 720. For local media use, I use high bit rate QS (lot faster than CPU), but for YT I still resort to CPU only using the slider set to 17.
