All the videos I produce get posted on my website. They are ALL Flash.

I use a great program called Flix Pro by Wildform. My question is...
How should I render the video from Vegas? I am rendering to mpeg2, is this the best method? I need some info as to "field order" "quality" etc. If anyone out there is creating flash videos I would like to hear from you. Either post here or email me at alex@videolistings.ca
