so i have screen capture movies (captured at 1920X1080) > into Vegas > HD project settings > pan and scan > now need to downscale to 2 versions for low/hi rez in JW Player (768 and 960) and hopefully make um small as possible.

Been wondering if I should just use the Handbrake workflow I have been using for my real videos (the HB workflow that is well known on this board that is)
