Best render settings

I'm putting together a feature that will run around 1 hour 45 minutes. Shot with DVX-100 in 24pa. Any suggestions on best render settings for mpg2 to achieve maximum look and sound while keeping size below 4.7gb ?

For that much vid, calculating the time/Bitrate on avg would let your bitrate be 5.2Mbps at max, using AC3 as your audio format. You can get more specific, but I work on a base figure of 600. Since it's 24p, you can shift to a higher bitrate, an average of 6.5 should be possible, again using stereo AC3 audio.
