What is the best settings for a video background on a web page...... Its a full page video in background ...... needs to load quick .

How large is the area you're trying to fill -- its height and width measured in pixels?

Hi ya Steve ..... the size changes with what ever the screen size is on some ones computer...... the video on the web is set to 100% ...... just thought there was a generic setting for the web...... and another for a smart phone .
