In depicting our video travels, one of the essential missing pieces is a simple, easily manipulated traveled route map that can be inserted into VMSP17 at various points. I don't mind paying for it, if it is easy to use and works as I need. Basically it's a "First we went here (map, video, photos, commentary), Then we went here (map, map route, video, photos, commentary), repeat.

One of the difficulties seems to be to import an appropriate base map into any third party application. We travel the US backroads so we use GIAGPS, Garmin Basecamp/GPS and Google maps to get to the detail we need. I can't find anything that seems to work for that.

Any suggestions?
