Big EYE in the VideoFX Tab

This is just something annoying. Why does this happen? is there a fix?

The top BIG left EYE always appears in the VideoFX tab.

Click on "Project Notes", it'll go away.

It makes it harder to navigate the menu of the VideoFX

Resizing the VideoFX tab can temporarily fix the issue.

However, I notice this was affected due to Sonic 3 Solutions
