BITC window dub of Timeline?

Using Sony Vegas Pro8b

How do you take an already edited timeline and then add the BITC window of that timeline for dubbing? I use this for client approvals so that they can quickly point to specific area of concern or comment.

Simplest thing to do is to add the Sony Timecode effect to the master video bus. Double-click the effects chain icon above the preview window and select Sony Timecode.
